Jbl for cichlids

Hey, so I was wondering how is jbl novo stick M for cichlid. Is it good food?

They look like your normal run of the mill high protein fish food packed with fillers. Also the fact that they don't tell you what's in it bothers me.

Personally I would just feed New life spectrum Thera-A and call it a day.
