Just noticed my jack dempsey has fry in my tank Help Asap please

I got home from shoppin tonight and noticed that my Jack Dempsey had fry in the tank which would explain her aggression of late. But I was wondering since I need to do my weekly tank cleaning tomorrow if I do it as usual or if it would be completely inhumane if I vaccummed them up because I have NO ROOM for them..
Please Help Kind of puzzled because none of my fish have bred in my tank before.

and I have a spare 10g that Im not using right now should I move them to that for the time being?
