I am considering a pair of kribensis for in my 200L as I recently lost my bolivian rams

and I love dwarf cichlids.

I have fairly robust tank mates.....

Bristlenose plecos
Bleeding heart tetras
angelfish
three lined cories (Maybe not so robust!)
zebra loaches
Kuhli Loaches

Do you think a pair would be fine with those tank mates? I know of people with tanks smaller than mine that keep them in pairs in communities....

Apistogramma are harem breeders though you would ideally want a couple of females. A pair of kribensis would be fine there are a lot of other african dwarf species as well.

What would be some other good options?

Genera Pelvicachromis, Steatocranus, Nanochromis. These are all African dwarf Genera. Your common Krjbensis belongs to Pelvicachromis sp Pulcher. Steatocranus causarius is supposed to be very easy to keep as well I have sadly get to keep one myself though.
