Typical Paratheraps they must be vented at that size, once they start getting some size other visual traits such as nuchal hump, fin shape, and size differences will start to show.
I have 5 WC Vieja (I don't agree with Paraneetroplus) synspila's around 4-5" and I've just begun to see visual differences in the body shape.
