Ok is it fine if you put different types of malawi's together?

Yep just make sure they have similar diets, size, and aggression. Within lake Malawi there are mbuna, peacocks and haps. And in each of those categories, many different types of Cichlids. There are also synodontis catfish, they are some of my favorite fish. My mbunas act like they aren't even there.

My mbuna stock list was. Yellow labs, Acei, rusty and afra cobue or maingano.

75 gallons with plans of upgrading to a 180 in about a year All my fish are juveniles at the moment. I just had labs, Acei and rusty. All my rusty died but 1 (sick when I got them) and I found a good deal on afra cobue so im getting those.
