Male or Female.

I bought a dragons blood peacock a few days ago its about 3 1/2 to 4 inches long its showing a little color at the tips of the dorsal fin and very little down its body.

This a guess because I have one just like it and I am not 100% but I believe it is female. Females are more of the pinkish peachy color. But males can also be light with very few spots.
