I recently I thought I had a pair of kribensis but I'm not sure anymore. I know I have one female kribensis for sure but I'm not sure about the other one. When the unsexed fish goes near the female kribensis, the female chases it everywhere trying to nip its fins.

The first picture is the female. I tried getting more pictures of the unsexed one but it kept moving.

They both look female to me. Nice fish.

Haha. Thanks :) any recommendations on what I should do? Should I put 2 male kribs in there or put 1 in there? Or should I separate the female kribensis and put a male in each tank?

Put two males. One male won't bred with both females. They tend towards monogamy unlike live bearers.

If you have two tanks, you could do a pair each. I have a 40 with three pairs and each pair has staked out their turf.

This is a male and female next to eachother, i think u have females too.

Hi. I just went to my LFS. Is this a guy or a girl? It is pretty aggressive towards my females. One of my female started dancing for him but he constantly tries to nip her.

Looks male to me. The top fin I think gives him away. Very laid back and pointed, with the orange flash.

Any chance you can get more of a side pic or of the back fin, then it will be obvious.

I couldn't catch it as it kept running away every time I try to pull out my camera.

That looks like a male to me. Should have plenty of Kribs in a few months if they breed like mine do.

I hope so. I think my male krib is still young. He doesn't seem ready yet hopefully patience is key :)
