Is it possible to keep just male aulonocaras? Or do you always need females?

That is perfectly fine. Just make sure you absolutely get all males, one female could put that whole tank into ww3

Ok I ve got a ratio of about 2 females to one make at the min and it's getting a bit crowded to add more fish. Would it be ok to just remove the females.
