But do cichlids lay in the sand. On there belts not like on the side or anything

Are you familiar with a black diamond cichlid (polleni) compatible tankmates? (Including delhezi bichir & fire eel )

What kind of cichlids are they? How many are doing it? At night or all the time? I wouldn't say with such little information that this is nothing to "brush" off as ok just yet.

Just checked on it there's only one its swimming now and it was my first time seeing it do it
