Multi Shell Dweller Fry - How many can I keep?

I have a 20g long which I started with 3 Multis and now there are about 17 little ones of varying sizes. I have been feeding them NLS fry starter. How many can (or should) I keep?

A 20 long should be able to support about 10-12 adults IMO. I typically say 4-5 adults per 10gallons, but a 20 long has a nice footprint

I was thinking 12 myself. Aqua Advisor said 25 would be 99% stocked.
