My girlfriend Turned My community tank into a chiclid tank

[Turbo V6 Camaro]

My 75 gallon that we had guppies, angels, neons all that is now a cichlid tank

the ciclids ate the neons

at first it was just few now we have 10 !!!

range from 1 inch to ~3 inches

My problem is I dont know how to sex them and I dont want to stress them buy taking them out of the water.

also have 2 albino corry cat fish 2 green corry catfish, spotted pictus catfish (hes mean and only lets one certain cichlid and the pleco under his rock lol), pleco

so after we got the community fish out and over to the 10gallon, every one is happy and no fin nipping the cat fish do not take any crap from the cichlids, the pleco is the largest fish and he is left alone..... if the dont he shows the whos boss

I have been reading about m/fm raito is there other way to sex these guys ?

depends on what kind of cichlids they are. some cichlids pair off, others dont. if theyre africans, you'll want to aim for 3-6 females per male... \
