I was trying to capture the firemouths, the blue zebras always seem to photo bomb when I try to take pics of others

Firemouths grow up to be beautiful fish! I believe there are some pics in my album on my two. One of them looks gorgeous.

I just hope they keep their color or get more colorful as they get older. My male firemouth has beautiful colors but the two juveniles have a lot more vibrant colors in their dorsal finsClick image for larger version

Be careful if you have males and females, if they breed it might not be so pretty for your other fish

I have other tanks. One has about 30 Whitetailed Acei fry in it right now

Also I wanted to ask, how do your SA get along with your Africans? I also have a mixed cichlid tank

I have 2 convicts that get aggressive when they have eggs that they're protecting. My big firemouth actually lets my blue zebras and Whitetailed Aceis to chill with him in his cave
