new dwarf cichlid setup

i am getting a 10 gallon tank id like to have some shell dwelling or dwarf cichlid to put in it, i would like a pair (male and female or). i would like to breed them and i don't want to spend over $10 per fish.

I doubt you will be able to do that in a 10 Especially with only wanting to spend $10

You could do a pair of Neolamprologus multifasciatus . Read through this
