I have just set up a new been going since Christmas and I have added 2 oscars albino and a jack dempsy + a pleco
Any advice???? It is 30 gal tank

You are going to need a much larger tank in the near future. All those fish will quickly and easily outgrow that 30 gallon tank. The Jack Dempsy will most likely start ripping the fins off the oscars relatively soon as well. Oscars will get over 12", the Dempsy (if it decides to get aggresive) will not get as big, but will still dominate and bully the oscars, and pleco will easily exceed 12".
