Wanted to set up a new tank. How long should it take to cycle if I add a bunch of ceramic media from an established filter?

Depends in the amount of fish added, how much media and the size of the tank. It's best to add as much seeded media as you can and only a few fish to begin with.

Ok but is there any kind of timeline on this? It's a 20 gallon I was going to use to grow out some fry. I'm running 3 filters in my other tank. I'll take an entire established filter and use it if need be. I'm just trying to get an idea of a timeframe

If you add an entire seeded filter media you will be pretty much instantly cycled, especially if using for fry they have little bio load. What you have to be careful of is overfeeding and decomposing food , so feed small amounts and clean up excess.
