New Tank

I was recently given a 45 gallon aquarium. It's tall, but still large. It came with 2 fish, a firemouth and a red blood parrot. Are these fish alright in there? Just wondering?

The Firemouth will be fine, though a longer aquarium would be better. The Parrot will probably need rehomed as the require more swimming space - 55g and over better for a Parrot.
