I just recently set up my Cichlid tank and bought 2 Acie, 2 Yellow Labs, and 2 Red Zebras. Beautiful colors and all. I know I need to add more that 2 of each and that will be done this Friday. I purchased omega one Cichlid pellet is this a good food for these stunning fish?

It's pretty good, I've used it the past. But I've seen better results with NLS, between color, health and lower amount of fish waste. NLS gets my vote for every fish.

I too started with Omega one. From all that Ive read and the testimonials on here my Omega one is now capped and in the refrigerator just in case I run short on my NLS pellets.

Omega One is some good stuff, I feed it regularly to some of my fish. But, IMO, for africans, nothing beats NLS. Actually, for most fish that's the case. Only reason I use Omega One is because they have some veggie flakes that I've not been able to find from NLS.
