Started to cycle my tank and I'm putting ammonia in every day,do I water change as well or wait untill I'm finished the ammonia

I'm assuming a fishless cycle.
Maintain ammonia at 2ppm-4ppm, dose ammonia only when levels drop below 1ppm.
Cycle considered complete when ammonia (and subsequent nitrite) are converted to nitrate within a 24hr period or less. Water change at the end (following ammonia and nitrite spike) to remove nitrate accumulation.
