Well I was pretty sure that I had one male and two female. Now I'm beginning to wonder. I'll post a few pics and get your opinions. The one I'm most confused by is actually the largest of them all. For the first time today though, "she" started showing some blue. I have never heard of females showing any blue. Your thoughts?

A little more about the pics....the first of course is my male. The next two pics are of the cross dresser. The fourth is no doubt a female. What are your thoughts on the cross dresser? Male or female?

The one thing that's throwing me is that until yesterday she had never shown blue. Size wise she is bigger than the male by quite a bit. He started showing colors a year ago. Why would this one start so much later? A late bloomer?

That is definitely a young male livingstonii, you are correct about the females not having blue in the face. That is a great looking fish you've for there.

Mogurako...I'm moving the livingstonii to my 76. What would be good tank mates?

Personally I'd say none just because those fish get 11-12" and very "beefy". They would be best suited for at least a 125, in a larger tank you could a have like two trios of similarly sized Haps and maybe some Syno cats.

That's kinda what I thought. One of the reasons for moving them to the bigger tank
