Aquarium Advice Apprentice
Have a great opportunity dropped in my lap. I have had a little experience with adult discus so I am not unaware of some of the care issues associated with these beautiful fish. However, this week a friend of mine is going to give six half dollar size discus to raise. At the present I do not have enough money to get the size aquarium that they will need and I do not think it would be wise to but them in with the large 5-6" discus. Would it be possible to put the half dollars in a bare 15 gal. tank for about a month and how much would they go in a month or to? I want to keep all of them together as they are different and raise them together.
