Omega one pellets

What is everyones opinion on omega one cichlid pellets?

Omega One is a decent brand. I use their Veggie Flakes for my cichlids a few times per week. My daily staple food is NLS Cichlids pellets.

Thanks for the replys. Just wanted to see what everyone thought about them. I feed my africans the pellets and they seem to be nicely coloring up healthy
