Hello so for Christmas I got a tank I cycled and have had my tiger Oscar since I got the tank, he had grown like an inch and a half so he is like 3 inches or so, question is I want to add another Oscar. How would be the best way to introduce a new oscar

I've 3 ocar and some fish in the same tank. The bigger one is almost 20 cm. In the pass i had the big one and another that have die a long time ago. So my oscard have grow after that and was at 10 cm. i've add another agressif fish like the yelow/black one and they where figthing all the time. A couple of month ago i chose to add to more oscars at the same time. i ve change the decoration in my tank with more fake plant ant a root, to give some hidding spot for the new guys they have survive with some small fight. And my yellow tiger fish a kind off protecting them its funny

Its sure that if you fedd the oscard with live fish, shrimp and you try to add more fish it will be harder but your oscard is still young so its less a problem

Yes like with most of fish move some deco, be sure to make hidding spot. Some people say that its better to add fish with the tank light turn off. But with my experience the bigger oscard have always do the alpha fish
