Oscar not eating

I got a small 3-4" tiger oscar today and he has not eaten anything I put in the tank, I tried flakes, pellets, and 3 types of frozen foods. Is this normal for him not to eat or is something wrong? He is in a 20g long right now until he is big enough to go in my 75. He is in there with a 4" jack dempsey, a small pleco, and a small spiny eel. Any help is much appreciated.

Usually new fish won't eat for the first day or two. It's normal.
