So man should I put them in baggies of water and set them in the big tank! Or just put them in there?

Fill a 5 gall bucket half way with old tank water, add fish, add a big cup of new tank water every 7-8 min for a 30 min, than net fish and add to newtank

I have 4 tanks and I regularly move fish and just net them and toss them in, all my water parameters and temps are roughly the same. In your case the bucket method is probably best. If you move all your fish from the 15 to the bigger tank I would grab some filter media from the 15 and put it in the 125g filter it will speed up the cycle tremendously.

Sticking the filter from the 15 gallon onto the 110 will speed the cycle a little, seeded material and the like.
