Hi. In about week and half I’m going to be picking up about 20 or 25 cichlids about 2 inch to 4 inches. I have a 80 gallon grow out tank and a 50 gal and a 40. How should I stock them. I know you can’t add all at once to one tank. Thanks

I'd put all of them in the 80g. Watch them closely as you go. Remove any overly aggressive one's to another tank.

why do you think you shouldn't add them all at once? Assuming it's freshly cycled and handling 4ppm of ammonia in 12 hours, you're perfectly good to put them all in at once and that's probably the best thing to do with regards to aggression and preventing some from establishing territories and getting too aggressive.
