My fish is very large and swimming in short bursts. I am not familiar with breeding mouth brooders so I'm am not sure if pregnant or sick some how

Use salt, not generally contagious.

What are you feeding them? Generally caused by a poor diet

I bought flake from a local fish store. It's a protein spurilina lake mix.
