Pleco questions?

I have a Rubbernose-small, and a Albino Bristlenose Pleco-small. They are always hiding. They don't move much and I'm not sure why. Can anyone help?

Ok. Thanks. I just dont want to lose them. I was having issues with a few fish dying lately. The cichlids are alittle extra aggressive lately. Think I got over stocked some. Unfortunately all my favorite fish died. The a-hole mbunas lived. They killed my peacocks.
