Powerhead

So i had a powerhead go out on me and purchased one off eBay by Sunsun. I didn't realize that is was rated at 1300 GPH rated for a 80-125g tank. I started it up and wow great flow. Is this too much for my Cichlids? They seam to love the flow. For 18 bucks not bad and much smaller then my old one i had for years?

You should be fine. Watch the fish. Of there getting blasted and struggling then its too much. Nothing wrong with some nice surface agitation.
