probably a stupid question but...

Hey everyone. I know nothing about chiclids exept they look cool. This is probably a really dumb question but... is there any chichlid that could be kept in a 10 gallon? Like I said I honestley don't know the slightest thing about chichlids.

No such thing as a dumb question. We are all here to learn from each other. There are a number of dwarf cichlids on the market, but with a 10 gallon tank, your stocking will ne limited, and your maintenance needs will be high. Filtration and water changes are the ABSOLUTE gospel if you hope to keep anything alive. Learn the essentials before you get any fish.....they dont deserve to die like that. You are in the right place to learn volumes.
Good luck!

But they can be hard to find, cost a lot, need good water conditions and i wouldn't recommend for your first Cichlid but they could work lol
