Red zebra's losing color

I started feeding NLS cichlid about three weeks ago with great sucess in fish color, activity, and waste but my pair a red zebra's are turning almost white/albino is this normal with them not being the dominent species or just inherent to the fish. They are active and eating like hogs and are fairly well behaved.

how big are they? I've had two red zebras go from a real bright orange to a pale pinkish peach... this happened once they got about 3", im assuming this is part of their change in to adulthood

That's exactly their size just over three inches.

What other fish are in the tank?? Mine is that big and changed color when he lost dominance to the male Kenyi...
