That tank looks really nice. Be aware that you may have issues mixing Africans with a jd.

Ok kennedy has had his cichlids woth his JD for 3 years and his cichlids reproduce and fry live. No problems. Ive had my cichlids in with 2 JD's for a year and mine are reproducing and living.

I don't want to get into that discussion, I am just curious how a JD ended up in that African setup. It's a little strange from a stocking standpoint.

Nice tank.. What are the plants you used? I just got 90 gal and planning to use Java moss "only" for it, but your plants look interesting.

My jack was a purchase before I new more bout cichlids and what went well with what. He hasn't caused any problems yet and is actually one of the more placid fish in my tank. And all my plants are fake plants that I got from petsmart
