Sand?

I have natural looking gravel in my 125 gallon and I think I wanna switch to sand. I have 2 Oscars and a convict. Now I'm worried that the Oscars or convict will move the sand around and destroy my filters. I have 2 aquaclear 110's and a SunSun 75 gallon canister filter. I'm thinking of Pool filter sand because ive heard its not like really fine. What do you think? If you have a tank with pool filter sand or any other sand that you like can you post pics and tell me the process of how you rinsed and inserted the sand into your tank?

Just don't keep filter intake too close to sand and you'll be fine. And rinse the crap outta the sand before adding
