Seaweed

Hi, can I feed organic, roasted, human grade seaweeed to my cichlids? Only the one ingredient. No salt. It's so much cheaper.

They may not be any added salt but wouldn't there be naturally occurring salt in seaweed?

I'm asking because people frequently feed sheets of seaweed to their Cichlids and the stuff specifically packaged for the fish are very expensive. The organic human grad stuff is much more affordable and want folks opinions. Nothing in the ingredients except roasted seaweed.
