Which of these 2 cichlids would do better in a 30 gallon tank with an angel ,rainbow shark, blue/ gold gourami with A neutral 7 ph no nitrites nitrates and ammonia temp 78 degrees F

I don't believe either option makes a lot of sense in a 30 gallon tank long term, especially with the existing stock. Severums grow rather large and rainbows would likely be too aggressive in such a small space.

Personally, I think you're already maxed out in that tank when they are full grown.
