well i think and someone corrext me if im not right ppl can start selling fish from about 1 month to 3 months old (i think)

Generally it is about 4-6 months or whenever they reach1".

Thank you for the response. I asked my LFS guy about it and he said the same thing. He also said that nowadays we don't necessarily need low Ph to breed GBRs because of all of the tank-bred fry instead of wild caught.

So I came home from my dads retirement party tonight to a pile of GBR eggs! I'm really excited about it but have never had egg-laying fish before. Any tips from breeders or people with experience with growing GBR fry? Right now the only fish in the tank are 2 females and 1 male GBR. Here is a picture of the tank from a few days ago. The eggs the eggs are right below the lowest part of the heater in the middle part of the tank.
