Sick cichlids

Hi all I need some help with my cichlids, uv had them for 2 years with no problems at all. But within the last month have had a few die and now have some sick. The tank is 350 litres, 2 fluval 306 filters. Water parameters are ph. 8.2, nitrate 30, nitrite 0, ammonia 0. I'll up load pics of fish

Two in the middle look like they are getting the crap knocked out of them .if you have had then since they where small and now they are grown that might be it .

If water parameters are fine this looks more like aggression issues

No it's not aggression, if anything he's a bully. He has lumps growing on his fins, looks to be like its been burnt and wrinkled up like plastic does
