Sick fish

After one of my fish suddenly dies out of nowhere. One of my Kenyis is displaying odd behavior. He/she (juvenile) is tail standing in corners of my tank. Sort of tilted but not totally inactive. He/she can swim decently... All parameters are great. I feed NLS pellets and Aqueon algae rounds. Don't know what it could be except for bullying? I have 10 in there now 4-6 of them males. Is my best approach to buy 6 or so female mbunas?
