Im thinking of keeping a single red cap peacock in a 80cm 30gallon. It grows no bigger than 4.5inchs

Yeah you're probably right. Im just so in love with this perticular cichlid and its too small for the 75 species only and can only think of stocking my 30.
I heard from a reliable source than when kept alone of species only this cichlid is on of the most beautiful peacocks there is... hmmm.
