Stocking 55 Gal idea

Here is a few that I like:

-Xystichromis sp. Kyoga Flameback

-Xystichromis Dayglow

-Paralabidochromis sp. Fire Uganda

Also what is a "colony" of cichlids? Do these kind need a colony?

If anyone has any experience with these kind please help me. I dont think they are part of any of the specific places except maybe Lake Victoria?
