Stripping for fry

Well i just stripped 2 of my usisyas of their fry today! This was my first time doing so though so i'm feeling successful! I now have around maybe 40 fry total!! Is there a better way to strip them though instead of just opening their mouth with my fingernail and letting the fry swim out?? It seemed so hard and i had to do it like 5 times so they could all get out!! And i was worried i was stressing the females out too much. So, any better methods?

What I do is gently grasp the fish in one hand and use my fingers to gently squeeze between the fish's mouth and gills. That causes the mouth to open. With my other hand I take a syringe full of tank water and squirt it into the open mouth while holding fish over a container of tank water. Usually takes two goes to get all fry.

I use a paper clip to help hold their mouth open and repeat a couple times.
