Sunken stomach?

I have recently noticed at my LFS that some of the cichlids have sunken stomachs? What is it from and how would you get rid of it?

Treat with metronidazole soaked food if it's still eating. Or they sell it in a powder form on the site I listed below. Jungle Parasite Clear which contains metronidazole would work as well.

It's caused by an internal parasite I believe

So I just bought the powder form but I how do I have him eat it?
