What is the ideal temp for my lab and Hap?

thats 78-84 F which i thought was a little high for malawi's but I'm new to this.

I got it set at 80 degrees F.

that should be fine. from what I've read 76-80 is about right.

Personally, I would run it at the mid range if you can, around 78. If you run it a 80 all the time, and something happens you are going up from there and instantly have issues. If you keep it around 78 and something happens you have a couple degrees of leeway to catch it before any major issues are going to start.
