I need to move one of my electric blu haps out of the tank he is in because he is getting picked on non stop! Im worried about him. My friend will take him but not for a little bit. I do have another tank that is housing my two angle fish. Will they be ok together or will that be a bad temporary home?

I'm sure it's fine temporarily since the Hap is not dominant but I'd keep a close eye on the angels.

Once you remove a sub-dominant fish trying to re-introduce them back in the main tank does not work well IME and they will again be attacked or killed. And if you try it's best to sneak them back in the tank very early am when the others are resting.
But if the angels are going to bother him I'd use a egg crate divider to give him some alone time.
