Tiger oscar need help

Hey everyone so I got a tiger oscar about a week ago from the Lps. At the lps this fish was swimming around and ever since I put the fish in my tank all the fish does just lay on the bottom of the tank on its side and will move every so often. Now when I feed all the fish the Oscar jumps right up and comes and eats then goes and does the same thing again. Is this normal for Oscars to do?

If you just got him he could be shy at the moment but being an oscar that will pass.

You can check your water perimeters just to make sure it's not the water

This is common behavior in newly aquired oscars, it's referred to as "sulking". What size tank and tankmates, how long has it been running?

Mine did that too. But I was worried an went hands on an started a game... We played! Sounds weird but it worked.
