Tiny bubbles

I have a 50 gal cichlid tank. I had these very tiny bubbles - millions of them- it almost looks like the water is cloudy, but if you look close you can see that it's bubbles. About 8 months ago I added a second 360 fluval canister filter and the bubbles went away - water was crystal clear. I did a water change and "spring" cleaning (cleaned the rocks, plants etc) last week and now the bubbles are back! Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Any idea how to stop it? It's driving me crazy.

It's likely from your water change, I get them and either wipe them away or let the inhabitants take care of knocking them loose.
