Vent tube ???

I was wondering if my bumblebee cichlid has the pre spawn "vent tube"
Or if she's sick

I've had cichlids spawn and have noticed the white vent tube before but my bumblebees seemed really bulged out.. Sorry for the stupid question but I jus wanted to make sure?
