I have fry! And lots!! I'm afraid to do a water change. What I did last time was break down the fx5 and open the intake hose an drain three 5 gallon buckets plus what was in the canister. After hooking up the canister and it filling I ended up putting a food amount of fresh prime dosed water back in. Is this method ok while the dry are in the tank?

There so tiny I'm afraid they will get sucked up.

I'm assuming that the fry all hide in which case you'll be fine just keep the intake of the python near the top of the tank. They will probably be scared of the python anyway.
