what do i feed my new bumblebee fry ?

hi guys my bumblebee cichlid just spat out her fry and i dont know what i should be feeding them. do i use brine shrimp ? liquid fry food ? any helpo would be great

Agreed. Flakes are fine. I always crushed mine into almost a powder while they were really small.

I use the omega one veggie flakes. Just pinch with your fingers and rub them back and forth to break it up real small.
