Not the OB... the other peacock. Possible hybrid?

My best guess. I'm no expert on cichlids besides the common well known ones

Juveniles have different coloring then adults. Here is my male just starting to color up after two months from purchase.

More rock, wood, and some pots. Love love it. Also new stock. I got about 4 jacobrieferidi peacocks, 2 hybrid peacock, one OB peacock, a yellow lab, an orange mbuna that was netted from a peacock only tank... Pretty cheesed but I'm watching him. And an electric blue. Love the electric. uploadfromtaptalk1426486285013.jpg

If it's an actual Mbuna I would take it back to LFS. They don't work well with peacocks ...

If you have more than one of the same type of peacock the dominant one will attack the others and attempt to kill them. I had two of each type of peacock and than slaughter occured I lost some to injury and then because of the injury's disease broke out and I lost more fish.
