What is this on my catfish?

I’ve had him for 5 years and hope it isn’t serious. Noticed this on him today on his nose and bottom of his fin. What is it?

The photo of the nose did not take. Difficult to determine from pic. Hopefully just Lymphocystis. A virus, much like a fish cold sore. It has to run its course. No meds, might fade with time. Usually not fatal.
Worst case scenario; Columnaris. Very bad bacteria. Research Columnaris, 4-strains
AJS- 1 through AJS- 4.

I dont think it is columnaris I just looked it up but it also doesn’t look like lymphocystis
